Im not in the UK, can I still order?

 

You can still order from outside the UK but obviously there will be an extra shipping charge. You can either email us at longlivetheboleyn@gmail.com to find out what those costs may be before you place your order, or alternatively, just place your order and you will be contacted via email with details of any additional shipping costs and how to pay.

I don't have a PayPal account, how do I order?

 

You don't need a PayPal account to order. Just click on the 'check out with PayPal' button and you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card.

 

Can I collect my order in person?

 

We are based in Essex and you can collect by prior arrangement.

The item/size that I want is out of stock?

 

If the item you want to order is out of stock, either email us on longlivetheboleyn@gmail.com or just check back in a few days as we re-stock most of the products that we sell.

Why are the official West Ham items cheaper than the LLTB items?

 

There are two reasons that the official, licensed West Ham merchandise is cheaper than ours.

1. Many wholesalers of licensed West Ham merchandise were lumbered with stock when the badge changed, so we have been able to obtain it at reduced prices and have passed the savings on to our customers.

2. The official West Ham merchandise will have been manufactured in huge quantities, therefore the unit cost is much less than LLTB merchandise which is manufactured in smaller quantities.
